4. INFORMATION ON THE USE OF ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE IN THE SELECTION PROCESS
In order to administer the candidate selection process more efficiently, we may use artificial intelligence (AI) based tools in the selection process.
These tools may be used to:
- compare the information provided in your curriculum vitae (CV) and other application documents with the requirements specified in the job advertisement;
- assist recruitment specialists in identifying candidates whose experience, competencies or qualifications may match the requirements of a specific job position;
- suggest your candidacy for other current or future job positions, including where you have previously applied for another position (only in case where your consent is obtained);
- prepare a short summary of your curriculum vitae for recruitment specialists;
- prepare and technically send drafts of e-mails related to the selection process (however always observed by an authorized employee).
The AI system may provide recommendations, suitability assessments or summaries; however, the final decision on inviting you to the next stage of the selection process, rejecting your candidacy or hiring you is made by an authorised employee. The results provided by the AI system are not the sole basis for such a decision.
In addition, we kindly note that no decisions concerning you are made solely by automated means (whether or not artificial intelligence is used). Automated tools are used only to support the recruitment specialists, and any decision that produces legal effects concerning you or similarly significantly affects you is always taken by an authorised employee with meaningful human involvement, and in accordance with Article 22 of the GDPR.
