ABOUT THE COMPANY:

As part of Avia Solutions Group, the world’s largest independent ACMI provider, with a fleet of 214 aircraft, we are opening a brand-new hangar in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, and inviting exceptional professionals to join our team.

YOUR TASKS:

• Coordinate materials and ensure timely availability for Production.

• Source and purchase components and services; track purchase orders, deliveries, and open orders.

• Monitor material costs, consumption, and project material usage.

• Work with cross-functional teams to resolve material-related issues.

• Coordinate customer and vendor matters, including returns and exchanges.

• Prepare Bills of Materials (BOM) for invoicing.

• Manage customer on-site inventory and resolve blocked, quarantined, or committed inventory issues.

• Ensure all activities comply with FL Technics procedures and applicable aviation requirements.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.

• Previous experience in Procurement, Purchasing, Supply Chain, or Logistics.

• Advanced English (written and spoken).

• Strong analytical, coordination, problem-solving, and communication skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities and respond to urgent needs.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.

• Experience with ERP systems is a plus.

• Previous experience in the aviation, MRO, or aerospace industry is an advantage.

• Ability to work independently and in a multicultural, fast-paced environment.
