YOUR TASKS:

• Deliver basic theoretical training to new aviation mechanics.

• Support new mechanics in integrating into aircraft maintenance activities.

• Share practical knowledge and experience gained throughout your professional career.

• Follow the progress of new mechanics during their on-the-job training (OJT).

• Guide and support new team members throughout their development within the aircraft maintenance area.

• Contribute to the development of technical skills among new mechanics.

• Share best practices and knowledge related to aircraft maintenance.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Minimum 5 years of heavy aircraft maintenance experience.

• Hands-on experience with Airbus A320 or Boeing 737 aircraft.

• Strong communication and mentoring skills.

• Native Spanish.

• Intermediate English (B2).

• Experience and willingness to share knowledge with others.

• Ability to guide and support the learning and development of new mechanics.

• Interest in contributing to the development of new talent within the aviation industry.
