Aircraft Maintenance Technician - Mechanical/Avionics (A320 Family CEO/NEO)

Our base maintenance facility in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic, is growing, and we are looking for skilled aviation professionals to join our international team.
Join us and help develop our operations in the Caribbean while delivering safe, reliable and high-quality aircraft maintenance services.
YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Perform base maintenance tasks on Airbus A320 family aircraft within your area of specialization: mechanical or avionics.
Carry out scheduled inspections, troubleshooting, repairs and component replacements in accordance with approved maintenance data, company procedures and applicable safety and quality standards.
Complete maintenance documentation accurately and report any defects or discrepancies.
Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure the safe, efficient and timely completion of assigned tasks.
WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:
A valid FAA A&P certificate or equivalent ICAO aircraft maintenance license relevant to your specialization.
At least two years of demonstrated hands-on heavy maintenance experience on Airbus A320 and Boeing B737 aircraft in a mechanical or avionics role.
A minimum of 80 hours of aircraft type training on A320 CEO, A320 NEO and B737NG aircraft, supported by training certificates and records.
Preference will be given to candidates with recent maintenance experience and type training on Airbus A320 aircraft, particularly A320 CEO powered by IAE V2500 engines and A320 NEO powered by PW1100G engines.
A good command of spoken and written English and Spanish, including the ability to understand technical documentation in English.
A strong sense of responsibility, attention to detail and a commitment to safety.
Good teamwork and communication skills.
