YOUR TASKS:

• Own the Windows Server environment: configuration, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS/DHCP and backups; maintain documentation;

• Plan and apply monthly patches and updates (WSUS, Azure Update Manager or similar) with minimal downtime;

• Monitor server health, capacity and performance; troubleshoot and resolve incidents;

• Administer Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD): users, groups, roles, Conditional Access;

• Own, monitor and maintain integrations between Sensus, Quantum and Business Central built on Azure services;

• Develop and maintain automation scripts using PowerShell and Microsoft Graph API;

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve end-user experience and IT service delivery.

WHAT YOU SHOULD BRING:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience);

• 2+ years of experience administering Windows Server;

• Hands-on experience administering Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD);

• Working knowledge of Azure services (e.g. Logic Apps, Functions, VMs, networking);

• PowerShell scripting skills; experience with Microsoft Graph API;

• Familiarity with IT Service Management (ITSM) and ITIL frameworks;

• Strong customer service orientation and ability to adapt in a fast-changing IT environment;

• Willingness to work flexible hours when needed and to travel occasionally;

• Fluency in English (verbal and written); additional languages are a plus;

• Experience with cloud user and data migration is an advantage.
